Ecclesiastes 4:6

There seems like there is so much to do, so many choices so many decisions so many avenues you could travel so much you can run and chase and pursue, right? Yes but biting off more than you can chew creates stress and anxiety at least those terms seem generally accepted. Choosing the wrong path can not just alter your life but also steal the promises of your eternal paradise with The Lord. The contrast between these words above speaks of the quietness of mind heart and Spirit equated in lamens terms as peace of mind. The problem is that wellness has to be an all over thing if your mind is not cared for then your body more than likely won't be well either. If your heart is not in the right place then your steadfastness for Serving God and making decisions won't be well either. The condition of your spirit is the most important thing you can work on. Setting your mind above is the way to center your life and preserve your soul all in one. We are taught that working for the wrong things and doing anything to succeed is gonna be no matter how much you put into it Proverbs basically tells you that you are sewing yourself into a black hole especially when your soul is on the line. Our lives are precious for us for our families and Most certainly to The Lord. There is a Hymn We used to sing (I do not own the rights to the song) called Blessed Quietness :The Hymn' refrain says: Blessed quietness, holy quietness,

Blest assurance in my soul!

On the stormy sea, [*He speaks peace to me,]And the billows cease to roll. Here it talks about Christ Through The Holy spirit speaking peace over our Lives. Peace beyond all understanding. It's okay to keep busy, work has its place for needs. Theres a difference between being busy and overly consumed by being a busybody. The condition of the heart and spirit are volatile to The problem comes with the motives and avenues we have and take. Be careful what you put your hands into and why you're doing it. Look on the inside because that's where God looks at you at. This is where you will find what work to do and where you should never lend your instrument to. Ephesians 5:6, 9-11 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. , For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. What are we working toward who are we working for and what we are working for is the decisive factor between quietness in our lives and peace in our Soul.
