Daily Word Expression

Because they rebelled against the words of God, and contemned the counsel of the most High:

Psalm 107:11 KJV

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

Ephesians 6:17 KJV

Today we focus on two scriptures. We talk about the rebellious ways of not following what God says and the contempt of The Most High's Counsel. First of all let's look after this closely we have to understand that it's one thing to not follow God's Word because of not understanding it or being unsure. It's a whole other issue when deliberately rebel against His Word. We realize that until the Word is read or Preached the seed is not sewn. God does know our heart He is All Knowledgable so He knows when you don't obey the Word out of ignorance of not knowing. However in those days and today we come to a point where alot of people rebel by carefully disregarding the Word this happens in the lives of believers and sadly in Ministry as well. The great dangers of this come from the upsetting of God who cares for you, and the subsequent consequences that can follow. What is widely misunderstood is the fact that God's Word is from Him but For You. When we can't understand we should realize that it's because it from Him and For You. For You means it's not just for His entertainment but it's built for our safety our guidance the welfare of our lives here on earth and the full benefit of our soul. When we rebell it is not just making God Upset but you hurt yourself in The Long Run.

The next scripture is about salvation and the Word being your Sword. When you listen to this scripture it's serious. I mean first of all we talk about Salvation. We were in trouble, in the last scripture it talks about the reason why we were in this scripture it talks about being salvaged. However this is no way or indications that we should rebel again, disobey, or omit any of His Word. The next part talks about the Word being The Sword. Now that didn't say certain verses or selections it says The Word. It's not partial or incomplete it's The Whole Word. Now let's look at that if you are gonna do battle it wouldn't benefit you much by having a partial sword or the sword cut off or parts of the sword left home. We wouldn't focus on one part, we would make sure that our weapon was completely intact it totality. We cannot talk about things because they are convenient or select and omit others we need our weapon ready and armed all scripture is for reproof and to live by.

The Whole Word Is Your Sword.

The Sword is the only defensive weapon listed in the Armor of God. Thus, the Word is a weapon and should always be in our hearts. Referencing Psalm 119:11. So when temptation or sin is present we will know how to handle it and be strengthened not to succumb. Also, when thinking of the Whole Armor of God, we must put it on daily for this everlasting battle that will be waged against us from the second of our birth till our last breath.

Replying to

Amen that's why Our Sword has To Be Intact. Its how we stand that's why The Armor of God is complete and as we know the scripture says The sword of the Spirit. When we look at that we have the structure the Spirit Is our Core.
